Bob Dylan turned 65... a few days ago...

I should have posted this sooner, but I was quite busy going over his whole discography and remembering my highschool years.

He never ceases to amaze me. Not only is he one of the best creative minds of our time but he's always stayed true to himself and never cared for what people expected from him. He incarnates the true spirit of rock and roll by doing his thing and not giving a fuck about what anybody else says. Forever young Dylan always busy being born and thus not busy Dying.

I love Dylans work he is a great lyricist, i've never seen a live performance of his, thats a wrong i have to put right:)

WOW! 17 year necro bump. This has to be in the top 5. I'll only be impressed if he out lives Keith Richards. That's the yard stick as far as I'm concerned.

Outliving Keith Richards is the ultimate yardstick indeed.

It's hard to make a case against heroin, with him still strolling around. It wouldn't surprise me if the FDA is working on it for a food preservative. A good friend of mine passed away last summer, we had a one dollar bet on who would die first, him or Mick. I guess I'll never see that dollar...........I have Keith.
