THEY CAPABLE OF DOING THESE MESSED UP STUFF???????????? Rest in Peace Mutsumi ...now I'm starting to questioning myself. Is this even bang dream anymore...? help im scared |

I cannot believe a music anime have a casualty, Wakaba Mutsumi personality is death. And Uika already in middle of bridge after she crossed she will fully Yandere to Sakiko |

Ohhhh Uika finally lost it!! The thought when she pushed Mutsumi down the stairs caught me off guard heck, and the way she was jealous of Mutsu×Saki lol MutsuSaki is really crazy tho, they're doing what they think is best for the other but what do they even really want for them self? Mortis just want to live. Im with Umiri with this one, Mortis Protection Squad! I really thought we were done with CRYCHIC, but it was only Soyo who moved on, MutsuSaki please. |

Heck yeah they're losing it! Come on girls, crush it down!!! Anyway, it's probably just my feeling but they kinda messed the pacing (again, iirc they also did it on mygo). This whole episode feels too fast to comprehend, even worse than before. Four episodes left and I'm wondering how they will solve it all. |

For the umpteenth time, Mortis is back with her act while Mutsumi is in pain. The worst thing is that now Mortis will act like Mutsumi so that it seems like she has been considered dead and can deceive everyone, and by doing so she can also deceive Saki to return to Ave Mujica. This is really a situation that is beyond my imagination for Mortis. I never thought that she would take such a cunning action. I wonder if Mutsumi can still do something to counter Mortis' plan. Also former members like Umiri and Uika who are still insisting on rebuilding Ave Mujica. I think Uika was also shocked after she found out Saki came back to play for CRYCHIC. I just hope she doesn't get worse than this. Well at least if Saki doesn't come back for CRYCHIC. ![]() ![]() |

From now on, seeing Mutsumi will be pain since its now just Mortis pretending as her Sakiko not knowing that Mutsumi is "dead" is also sad the current Ave Mujica is now just a "place" (jail) to lock Sakiko |

“I don’t want to cause MyGo any trouble”… Saki is such a self centered person, just by talking about reuniting CRYCHIC, she is causing MyGo problems. At this point, the ghost of CRYCHIC is the noose around MyGo’s neck, they spent so long moving on and getting to a good place and then Saki and Mutsumi had to go and be terrible people |

horrible chapter, all accelerated and poorly exposed. I mean that in the end Mutsumi dies and it is evident that Rana has realized the deception. At the end of the whole and it is hard to say it, Sakiko is the least bad Among all the characters of Ave Mujica and that is already saying a lot. Anime Edgy I don't know whether to laugh or cry for all this absurd drama |

I feel really sorry for Uika-chan. I think Saki ended up neglecting and being ungrateful to Uika-chan, who likes her so much. I know Saki was facing her own demons, but I think she could have at least made the effort to remember that Uika-chan was completely left out and in the dark about everything that was happening and deserved some kind of explanation from Saki. It's as if Saki completely forgot about her—Uika-chan, who truly seems to care about Saki. |

I laughed so hard at Mortis's acting as Mutsumi, I found it so satisfying, very interesting development. I like where this is going. Surely Ave Mujica will be reunited by the end of the series because if not I will feel bad for Umiri shes already sacrificed so much by quitting all of her others bands, not to mention all the stuff she bought last episode. We saw a new side of Uika today. I always see her as a kind girl so that was a bit unexpected. Mutsumi's mom will be back next week looking forward to that. |

First, they introduce a non-comedic disorder of multiple identity, now clearly unhealthy obsession with close people. With (imaginary) attempt to kill. What next? Some of the characters will be suicidal, bipolar or even literal schizophrenic? I am not against dramatic psychologism, but I have the feeling that they just want to shock the audience of the classic bishoujo show too desperately. @Kazen_310 This is still a classic Band Dream show and judging by the attempts of people to joke about Yandere, many people still perceive this anime that way. But at the same time, the creators seemed to decide to add here all the dramatic cliches about the mental health that they only knew. It was as if someone decided to create their own Madoka or EVA for All-Female rock band anime. I hope they will not have to kill anyone or open the astral portal in the final. @Jebidor Knowing this franchise, I won’t be surprised if it turns out that all this is nothing more than the EDGY TAKE on the eternal theme of friendship. For the rest, they have D4DJ, where recently they are ready to pushing any ship that causes enough interest in socal networks, LMAO. |

@AkeZZZ Remembering how Mygo treated a similar topic of dependence, I even wonder if the reasons of Mutsumi and Take even has something in common and whether the show tries to contrast them for each other as a “healthy” and “unhealthy” dependence. For some reason, in the last 5-10 years, the anime very often began to focus on the topic of dependencies between friends, relatives, lovers, etc. |

Honestly didn't know what to feel about this episode. It's amazing, don't get me wrong, but it's also hard to watch. The five AveMuji girls all act out of their own selfish (but admittedly understandable) reasons that conflict with one another. Drama ensues. That is maybe except Uika. Even if we did get to see glimpses into her dark side in this episode (which were horrifying), she's still shrouded and mystery so I can't really say much if her desire to be with Sakiko's understandable. Still, from what we've seen so far, I don't think it's going to be pretty. |

@-Knox- Yes, my eyes are closed. Otherwise, you will show me who made suicide in the show or experienced bipolar mania/depression? As for "everyone has problems", its literally was the essence of my comment. Do you read comments with your eyes closed? @Onion_Story I can bet that in the end it turns out that she has an obsessive fear of loneliness due to the fact that Sakiko was her only friend or helped her to survive in some old conflict situation. Of course, if they simply do not decide to make her token Psycho yuri girl. |

@RobertBobert There is a thin line between creating a credible and seriousness drama, of simply making drama as a simple fanservice for Edgy children and I think this anime has fallen in this chapter in the second. me like the drama in general, psychology when taken in serious way, even when I am aware that this is still an anime for teenagers, but this chapter has made everything In a meme. I will see it until the end, and I just hope that this is not solved with the "power of friendship" and nothing has happened here, the dramatic fanservice must continue until the end |

@Hormigo I still do not know what the end will be, but if things will continue in the same spirit, I am can predict that we will get a CGDCT version of the classic edgy melodrama teen show. I have long been familiar with such trends in the Western media for Young Adults and Teens (especially when it comes to remakes or reboots of cult media, just compare the old and new Bel Air), but to meet this in previously enough wholesome bishoujo franchise was quite unusual. Either the creators are simply trying to copy the western youth fiction, or the trend on edgy, psychological content finally reached the animanga industry as well. What is somewhat funny, given how the producers once described the idea of the franchise as simply "a story about the power of friendship of girls without anything superfluous." |

@RobertBobert For me the perfect end given the direction that the anime has taken, is that this ends without the return of the Band ave Mujica, that Mortis disappears and each member chooses a different path and is They separate forever in the worst and most dramatic way possible and point hahahaha, and thus the children Edgy will be happy. I know it is impossible, but since they have opted for this cheap fanservice, have if they have eggs and do it until the end and so maybe I of a 6 at most hahaha |

@Hormigo This finale could make sense if it were a completely original show without any conections to the franchise. But since this is still part of a large and successful media project, I think that everything will come to the return of the group members in a healthier state one way or another. Of course, if they have no plans for new seasons that clearly made sense only while maintaining some conflicts. |

Why is Umiri suddenly so obsessed with Ave Mujica that she's willing to abandon all her other bands? There's absolutely no excuse for her to do this. She was well-liked in those groups too. And then there’s Saki—sigh, where do I even begin? The audacity to call Soyo self-centered back in MyGO now just looks even worse. Reforming CRYCHIC and "i just want Mutsumi to be happy" yeah I actually hate her now. Unbelievable. They also tried to show Uika's darkside, caused by Saki of course, but it's too late. It’s fun when some characters drop their facade like Soyo as a surprise, but when you're already surrounded by a**holes and split personalities it makes no impact at all. This show really has a habit of making every character more unlikable. |

All craziness aside from this episode, seeing all 10 girls in the same area for the very first time is an interesting sight to see. Let's see if they can take advantage of this opportunity to at least have some productive progress like what happened in episode 7 in the next episode. (Episode 10s are like a magic number for Bushiroad anime IPs BanG Dream and D4DJ so I have some heightened expectation for it) |

@RobertBobert y'know! I didnt take this kind of drama so seriously (which I already said in the previous topic, iirc) cuz the whole point of this show is just for shipper like me, doujin creators and yuri artist to show off their works. xD even you cant swallow this drama setup but well, ... the similar motif you said actually makes sense! @Jibun_RESTART for all I know ... Umiri after watching that sobby performance of CRYTHIC, that's probably changed her, it may not be enough to convince us that it's her motivation to revive AveM but I guess that ppl need the connection and no one wants to be alone. and about Saki. Saki, Nyamu and Mutsu, the story build their character's personalities quite interesting and they are the triggers of all the following events. if we're looking back from the first episode. what depicts Saki's situation in eps 1 is not enough for a proper excuse. she may have the reason but she also has a choice, yet she chooses to be a victim and suffer by following her own moral compass. I may not blame her for that choice but judging from her acting, she become more and more like her own father, the one I guess she's probably also despised. AveMujica's members are all masochistic but well, Im kinda jealous to Saki cuz she can make a dozen mistakes but there's still someone willing to open their arms and hold her despite all of that. four last eps will determine "is she deserves it or not". and I'd hope Im wrong when I think the end would be when every things is going to break and Saki would have to collect all the shattered fragments of her band and put them together like what Tomori did in MyGo. |

@Jebidor I have no doubt that Bandori expectedly continues to consider shipers to be part of their main audience, but I think it would be disrespectful to say that the banal ship bait is the main goal of the whole show. But yes, although I obviously will not call the show bad, the more it increases the level of over the top drama, the more difficult it becomes for me to perceive this seriously. I would not be surprised if someone told me that this season has already begun to be considered meme worthy in Fandom. |

@Hormigo To make that kind of drama work, you need to add nuance, something that this show has been lacking so far. Everything has been so edgy and over the top in this season that it almost becomes funny. Also, I'm not convinced on the reason to reunite Ave Mujica. Besides Mortis, why would any of them want that? It was a dysfunctional band since day one, and unlike MyGo, there isn't much of a friendship tying the members together. Instead, all we have is toxic relationships and even mental disorder (yeah, real nice) |

what depicts Saki's situation in eps 1 is not enough for a proper excuse.
she may have the reason but she also has a choice, yet she chooses to be a victim and suffer by following her own moral compass.
@Jebidor If Bandori wants to do a program that really for only shippers that makes a yuri to the most "Turkish soap opera style or kdrama "and I Maybe I would have been better hahaha |

@Hormigo oh, just ignore it. lets just say the ships thing is just my personal opinion, and I meant it when there's tons of artwork about this in X despite where the plot is going. |

Instead, all we have is toxic relationships and even mental disorder (yeah, real nice)

@gabrielloki The only reason to gather the band is "because Bandori wants it" because seeing how the story is doing (for now) , it makes no sense. Under my opinion. |

I don't think it'll be the same healthy reunion as the bands before MyGO. My understanding of bandori bands is that each of them have a core identity, a core theme that they always stick to no matter how many story events, how many developments are shown to happen. With MyGO, even as it ended, it felt to me like this still isn't a full fledged band, they preserved their core of selfish lost girls getting together for selfish reasons. Ave Mujica's core seems to be centered around a bunch of separate girls putting on a mask to give a performance. I think this exaggerated drama will boil down to them reaching this conclusion as well, that they are only strongly connected by this performance but they're disfunct without it. It's indeed an edgy take on the same old band friendship, but I could argue the same for MyGO. Also Uika and Umiri being so involved is nice, I feel like we never get all characters of the band fully involved in their story (what was Ricky doing in MyGO for a recent example lol) |

I guess that's the third time we see Mutsumi fell: - from fighting of Mortis in RiNG - from pushing of Uika in her imagination - from pushing of Mortis in their imaginary world I don't know if this is the same キラキラドキドキ of Kasumi and Arisa was talking about but sure thing is I welcome this wholeheartedly. Also, I think that the キモッ of Nyamu was because she felt like it Mortis acting up like Mutsumi. Can't wait for the future episodes! (The last 4 episodes 😭) And the unhinged Uika (佐々木さん頑張って!) |

This is so chaotic, this is the second (first is mygo) bang dream I watched and I didn't expect bang dream to do something like
Offing a character and they did it TWICE
when Uika literally having the thought of pushing Mortis down the stair in front of Tomori
ITS BANG DREAM? THEY CAPABLE OF DOING THESE MESSED UP STUFF????????????
Rest in Peace Mutsumi
...now I'm starting to questioning myself. Is this even bang dream anymore...? help im scared

@Kazen_310 Are you talking about Taki and Soyo also I am sure that was Mutsumi because Mutsumi wanted to reunite CRYCHIC and honestly I have no idea anymore, they just add other characters like LAYER and Eve but I have no idea if this is bang dream, I got confused at end of last episode especially the beginning with Mortis saying she doesn't wanna die then this one, it was Mutsumi in control and Mortis killing off Mutsumi. |
