English: The H. B. Burns Memorial Building located on the corner of 22nd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Built in 1931 to the designs of architect Robert O. Scholz, the Art Deco medical office building originally served as the Keystone Apartments.
