Pierwszy właściciel budynku odsprzedał go władzom miasta. W willi zamieszkał ówczesny prezydent Katowic − Adam Kocur. Po II wojnie światowej nocowali tu Nikita Chruszczow oraz Fidel Castro (zabytek nr A/1407/90 z 5.08.1990) |
