Polski: Katowice, ul. P. Stalmacha 17 - tzw. willa Adama Kocura została wzniesiona w 1924 według projektu budowniczego Zfimermanna; w stylu eklektyzmu, łączącego elementy historyzmu i modernizmu. Pierwszy właściciel budynku odsprzedał go władzom miasta. W willi zamieszkał ówczesny prezydent Katowic − Adam Kocur. Po II wojnie światowej nocowali tu Nikita Chruszczow oraz Fidel Castro (zabytek nr A/1407/90 z 5.08.1990)
