There's an easy solution here, if only the jelly spined politicians would stop whoring out to the special interests of the cheap labor - illegal alien "insourcing program", this state would have more sustainable conditions inside our prisons.
Last I checked, the national average of non U.S. citizen occupancy within or the nations' prison system is at or near the same 40 percentile that are projected to be released. A coincidence ? :dunno:
