What does he wear on his head?
editWhat does he wear on his head? Alexysun (talk) 06:36, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
- Alexysun, it is a specific type of turban called an Ammama (there are various transliterations). In Iran, they are worn only by Shi'a Islamic clerics, who are the ruling class. Ordinary men in Iran do not wear turbans. You can find out more about the highly controversial connotations in this interesting article. Cullen328 (talk) 06:50, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
