I think I'm gonna remove this. As I recall, he never is shown to actually interact with him. Domon alone spins around and says something like "Hey, you! Have you seen this man?!" before the picture floats out of his hand. It then cuts back to Stalker, alone again, picking it up and commenting on it. My interpretation was it's highlighting the fact Domon is going around asking everyone if they've seen Kyoji. Hence, he isn't speaking to Stalker but a generic whoever he is asking at the time. Stalker picking up the photo is because his narration then directly addresses it.--HellCat86 (talk) 18:48, 1 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
