editThis article looks good as a start however there seems to be a lot of unreferenced "using a covername" this needs references or it can legitimately and should just be deleted as original research. I am leaving the article alone as it is under construction but I am keeping an eye on this. I will also have an eye on some of the other new timelines articles. Blank sections
editThere are a lot of blank sections in the article, for years no events have been added for. I appreciate the article is still a work in progress, but would it not be best to remove these are reinsert them as the article grows? Stu ’Bout ye! 14:35, 18 November 2009 (UTC)
Thomas Mcdowell
editApparently, his death was a result accidentally electrocuting himself as he attempted to place a bomb at the base of the pylon at the power station, not the bomb exploding prematurely, as commonly claimed. See [1]. According to that source, he was a professionally trained explosives expert as part of his job at the quarry (he built the bomb himself, or smuggled it out of his workplace?), and premature detonation would have been extremely unlikely.
Also perhaps notable and worthy of inclusion, this source claims that "Ironically, a Catholic priest, who assumed he was a republican bomber, gave McDowell, a follower of Paisley, the last rites." Eliyohub (talk) 17:57, 20 February 2017 (UTC)
