Controversies
editAn edit on the controversies section was reverted without justification. The revert will be removed as there is a valid citation included for the original edit. If the edit is wrong, then a Dispute Resolution Notice should have been raised — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nithya (talk • contribs) 14:44, 29 March 2021 (UTC)

A valid citation has been included with correct links. Is there any reason for further consensus ? Instead of deleting the edit there should have been a discussion in the talk page. That in itself is a violation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nithya (talk • contribs) 15:11, 29 March 2021 (UTC)
- In the Indian political spectrum, no day passes without a controversy. However, it does not necessarily mean that we need to include them here. Consider the example of Swami Prasad Maurya; every day, a political leader comments on religion, caste, or other controversial issues. I do not feel that it needs to be included here. Please do not re-add or revert the Controversies section. Thanks in advance 25 CENTS VICTORIOUS 🍁 04:38, 2 January 2024 (UTC)

Also known as descendents of Ravan Family, Stalin is a dangerous terrorist, trying to spark contrevorsy and unstability by hurting religious sentiments. He is to be jailed for life

Controversy
editDear fellows, I am not sure why are we adding "Controversy" section to Indian political leaders' BLP. In Indian politics, it's is very common and no day passes without a controversy. Every day a political leaders makes a statement and it becomes controversy. Not every daily controversy or news item needs to be added unless the individual has been convicted by the Indian Judiciary or has spent a significant amount of time in jail, consider Arvind Kejriwal BLP as an example. Hope it helps! Thank you 25 CENTS VICTORIOUS 🍁 14:00, 12 July 2024 (UTC)
- The Supreme Court of India, as the principal judiciary system in the country, has indeed rebuked him for his statement. It would be appropriate to include a note regarding the Supreme Court's rebuke in the relevant section. For reference, please see the source: The Hindu Business Line.
- Additionally, in Indian culture, derogatory remarks about religion are generally frowned upon and often lead to controversies. This is reflected in various Wikipedia articles, such as the one on Nupur Sharma. Therefore, I suggest adding a 'Controversies' section to the page.
