Giancarlo Zeni (born September 6, 1988) is a Brazilian citizen from Rio de Janeiro currently living in Curitiba. He is a micronationalist, former citizen of the Holy Empire of Reunion and founder of the Grand Duchy of Petrobourg. Giancarlo is a Teacher of English as a second or foreign language and studies Social Science at the Federal University of Paraná. He is a Nichiren Buddhist and a member of Workers' Party (Brazil).
