Noindex
editCurious, why would you want to prevent the Arvind Iyer article from being indexed by search engines? Nyttend (talk) 04:01, 4 February 2016 (UTC)
- Sir,Upon request by the person on whom the article is based on. (Rama2015 (talk) 04:15, 4 February 2016 (UTC))
- If you go to WP:NOINDEX, you'll see a section of a help page talking about how this feature works. The section talks about noindexing mainspace pages (i.e. articles, including the Arvind Iyer article) and notes that our software currently prevents NOINDEX from having any effect in mainspace, so your actions won't have any effect: this article will continue to be available for search engines to use. Thank You. (Rama2015 (talk) 05:11, 4 February 2016 (UTC))
- Hello! I have removed the noindex template. Have a nice day, The Quixotic Potato (talk) 15:37, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
