If your girlfriend wanted a career in stripping

I'm a very jealous kinda guy, and wont really at all be comfortable with it.
Since her motives are (well definately should be) money, I'll probably just work harder (or get another job) to provide for her needs, or try helping her get another job. I'll also talk about how hurtfull it is for someone you love to lower themselves like that, or share their body (I know it's no brothel, but I mean in terms of looking) with other guys like that.

Depending on the circumstances, I just might be game for it. I would want to know WHY she was looking to do this type of work, what her other options were, etc. If you really love someone, though, then telling them what sorts of work they can or can't do seems problematic to me. You can tell them what you think, but how can you forbid them or threaten them?

It's a rough call, though, for sure. This is one of those things where surely someone's political stances just stop mattering. In an intimate relationship, politics just cease to matter, for the most part, and people have to deal with each other as true individuals.

I wouldn't like that...she'd be free to choose her path but I guess I don't I could bear the idea. It would soon lead to the end.

Why is it that I think too many guys want to come across as sensitive or p.c. with the whole "it's her choice" BS? No shit, it's her choice, but wouldn't you be a little pissed? If your wife/girlfriend didn't think your attention alone was enough or that you couldn't provide for her and she resorted to taking her clothes off for other guys, you wouldn't be even the slightest bit upset? I sure as fuck would.

I have to agree, it's too PC.

It wouldn't be the beginning of the end, it would be the end.

If she wants to dance for someone it will be for Big Daddy Worm and no one else.

I wouldn't mind if my girlfriend wants to be a stripper cause after all we live in a society that men and women are equal and can do whatever they want.
