City St George's, University of London is a public research university in London, England, and a member institution of the federal University of London. It was formed on 1 August 2024 by the merger between City, University of London and St George's, University of London. The names "City, University of London" and "St George’s, University of London" will provisionally continue as trading names until March 2025.[1][2]

The current president of City, Anthony Finkelstein, became the first president of the new university. For the 2024-2025 academic year, the university is expected to be "dual running", maintaining separate programmes and policies for City and St George's students, and retaining "City, University of London" and "St George’s, University of London" as trading names.[2]
In September 2024, the university was named "University of the Year for Graduate Jobs" by the Daily Mail University Guide 2025.[3]
