History
editMikakino Station opened on January 21, 1926, as Hokyūbu-mae Station (補給部前駅). It was renamed Kagami-Hokyubū-mae Station (各務補給部前駅) on June 27, 1931, but renamed again as Kōkushō-mae Station (航空廠前駅) on August 1, 1935. It was renamed to its present name on December 1, 1938.
