Miraj Islamic School is a private Islamic school and community center in Staten Island, New York. The school opened its doors in 1999 to only a handful of students and now serves approximately 270 students from Pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. It graduated its first class in 2011 with 14 students.

The mission at Miraj Islamic School is to provide an exceptional and holistic education in a nurturing and intellectually enriching environment, so that students may grow to become exemplary citizens who are righteous, well-rounded, and embody Islamic values. Over the years, the institution has grown into a vibrant community where students from diverse backgrounds come together to learn, grow, and explore, all while embracing their Islamic faith.
Importantly, Miraj Islamic School is recognized by the New York City Department of Education, is registered with the New York State Board of Regents, and the curriculum is aligned to meet and exceed New York State standards. Miraj Islamic School also received accreditation from Cognia's Northeast Regional Office in 2017.
