History
editConstruction on the tower started in 2014, during a period of rapid skyscraper development and construction in Batumi. The System Construction Company took over oversight on the construction of the tower, and it was completed in 2017.[2] Since its opening it has served residential purposes and 41 of its 43 floors are completely apartments/penthouses.[3]
Design
editThe tower is designed in the modernist style, and consists of two tube structures, one taller than the other. Both tubes are connected together to form one solid structure.
