I recently made an edit removing the rookie tag from Carson Kvapil on a previous IP, but it was reverted as "unsourced and untrue". This revert reason is untrue, NASCAR's own rookie policy only provides exceptions if the rookie driver has never declared points for that series, it doesn't work if you make more than 7 points paying starts while being points eligible.
