There is an existing article on this person. The way Wikipedia grows is for existing articles to be edited and improved incrementally, not for a student to write a college project ignoring the existing article. The "(Project)" article has no place in the encyclopedia. PamD14:55, 28 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Oppose merge On second thoughts it would be impossible for any editor to merge the content of the new article as it has no inline references so that it is impossibe to know what information if any is reliably sourced. I am now going to PROD the article instead, and oppose the merger. Of course the original editor is welcome to add the content, properly sourced, to this existing article.
