Best Known??
editWho the heck wrote this? "Cartwright is best known as a child actress for her role as Brigitta von Trapp in the Academy Award winning film The Sound of Music (1965)." That's not true at all. She is obviously best known for Lost in Space. Most people likely don't even know she was in the Sound of Music.
Age
editAngela Cartwright will be 55 years old on 2007-09-09— Preceding unsigned comment added by Berniethomas68 (talk • contribs) 13:18, 8 September 2006
- So what is the meaning of including that here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk) 21:46, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- You're responding to a comment made almost 7 years ago. Check back for a reply in June 2020. TJRC (talk) 01:31, 9 August 2013 (UTC)
Commercial work
editDo we have any information on some of the commercials she has done? Back in the early 1970s, I remember seeing a bank commercial in which a young couple is looking out the window, with the woman (her, I think) visibly quite pregnant, saying "There's a room out there, George ... a baby room." English accent
editThere has been no independent source for the claim that Angela retains an English accent. The sentences that have been removed are:
In most episodes of "Lost in Space", Cartwright often spoke softly in order to hide her British accent. However, in certain episodes that center around Penny Robinson,(like The Golden Man, The Galaxy Gift, My Friend, Mr. Nobody, & Princess of Space), her UK-English accent can be detected even more so, even though she is attempting to sound American.[citation needed]

missed last episode of Make Room for Daddy?
editI read that somewhere but can't place it. It was known that appearing in "Sound of Music" was a great opportunity, so she missed the episode I mention. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.63.16.20 (talk) 21:46, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- That's correct. It says so on Danny Thomas's page. She asked him directly if she could miss the last episode and he said okay. 151.203.70.159 (talk) 22:30, 4 February 2022 (UTC)
