I think it is legit - if you look at the history and the first contributor, his writing on his user page is the same writing style as I see it - User:Wsiegmund and when I googled a phrase from this the only hit was Answers.com which takes the material from here. The current version (including the illustration upload) is mostly the work of PrinceCharming (talk · contribs) who appears to me to be a solid editor who is not currently active. [1]

I run a story sharing website that allows adults to share audio recordings of themselves reading bedtime stories, kind of a YouTube for bedtime stories. Would it be appropriate to add a link to the website to the article as a resource so readers can hear some typical bedtime stories?80.189.65.98 11:31, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Limited cultural and temporal context

This article only describes bedtime stories in the context of contemporary Western societies. As such, it provides no information on questions such as the following: How does the use of bedtime stories differ from one culture to another? How has it changed over time, if it has? How do the typical bedtime stories of different cultures differ from one another? Are there cultures that don’t have bedtime stories at all? Is the person who tells the story always the one putting the child to bed? Is the teller usually the father, the mother, or a different caregiver (e.g. a domestic slave or servant)?
