Historical population table
editThe historical population table by convention on other jurisdictions, states and cities, is at the top of Demography sections.
This comment by User:Ɱ in summary line for edit does not suffice for an explanation of the reversion to the unorthodox order of the table (at end of the section instead of the beginning of the section): "Discuss? This is an FA. Tables should not head up sections before any text."Dogru144 (talk) 02:21, 16 October 2022 (UTC)
- There is no requirement that tables be formatted and situated identically in every article on Wikipedia. Regardless, please link me examples of articles laid out like you just edit-warred in here. ɱ (talk) 04:52, 16 October 2022 (UTC)
What is the neighboring places template doing in the geography section?
edit@Ɱ: I haven't seen any other article which has the neighboring places template in the middle of the article, so could you please explain why it should be there? Mucube (talk) 04:35, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
- You also don't see many Featured Articles very often. It's seen immense scrutiny and dozens of eyes. The template you mention has been used like that in many articles. Some articles like Detroit keep it at the end while others like Dundee have it in the relevant parent section. And there's no reason why it shouldn't be used in that manner, except that you don't like it there? ɱ (talk) 04:55, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
- Ok, it can stay in the geography section. But why is the template repeated both in the geography section and at the bottom? Mucube (talk) 05:03, 15 November 2022 (UTC)
- I believe that edit slipped by. Removed, thanks. ɱ (talk) 16:28, 15 November 2022 (UTC)

TOC limit
edit@Ɱ: Why should there by a TOC limit? Every other article I've seen doesn't have one. Also, a TOC limit doesn't even remove that much extra whitespace. A TOC limit also impairs navigation. Mucube (talk) 02:46, 17 November 2022 (UTC)
- TOC limits appear in thousands of articles and are useful when, like here, there are a lot of subheads. Nikkimaria (talk) 04:54, 18 November 2022 (UTC)
