editI wonder if there should be an article with a different title that umbrellas all forms of picture storytelling in the way that this one currently attempts. "Cantastoria" is the Italian name for a specific type of picture recitation that originated in Italy and Sicily, and is now used by many English-speakers to refer to a wider variety of picture-performance forms. Original cantastorias have much in common with their relatives from other parts of Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Oceana, but are also quite different. Any thoughts from other editors? Morganfitzp (talk) 21:55, 11 May 2019 (UTC)
