notability tag
editI removed the 'notability' tag. For chrissakes, there's already an article about this guy on the swedish wikipedia! Speaking of which, if someone that speaks swedish could translate the text from there, that would be excellent! Dr. Cash (talk) 17:55, 12 August 2008 (UTC)
Why no mention of the greenhouse effect? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.172.110.244 (talk) 17:48, 24 August 2013 (UTC)
- Because Carl Axel Arrhenius has nothing to do with the study of the greenhouse effect. You may be thinking of Svante Arrhenius. Mike (talk) 19:18, 16 March 2015 (UTC)
'Discoverer' of yttrium
editAs far as I understand, he did not discover (as in, isolate and/or identify) the element Yttrium, but found a mineral that turned out to contain Yttrium, which was later identified by Gadolin. Mike (talk) 19:18, 16 March 2015 (UTC)
