This page should not be speedily deleted because the justification cited by the nominator does not apply in any way. CSD:G4 states that "This article may meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion as a page that was previously deleted via a deletion discussion, is substantially identical to the deleted version". I have no idea what the article looked like after the AfD a dozen years ago (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cozy Morley here) in 2007, but it seems unlikely that it was "substantially identical" as few of the sources existed at the time and the majority were created after the date of the AfD. I'm not sure if the nominator is acting out of ignorance or spite (though both may apply), but if CSD:G4 is being used as an argument for speedy deletion, it simply does not have any relevance. He was and remains notable, and the article demonstrates that well beyond the minimums of the notability standard. --Alansohn (talk) 12:52, 1 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
