Supporters
edit"Estonia fans are collectively known as the Jalgpallihaigla"
That is utter nonsense.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.191.33.211 (talk) 01:22, 20 December 2008 (UTC)
Jalgpallihaigla- When joined, each member is given a "diagnosis" for staying in the "hospital". Really??? I didnt get a diagnosis.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 3 February 2010 (talk • contribs) 87.119.163.28 (UTC)
Agree, Jalgpallihaigla is just a supporters group of which there are several others in Estonia. Only a rather small part of supporters are actually members, so referring to Jalgpallihaigla as an organisation of _all_ fans is rubbish. Plus, I don't really think that a small brawl amongst Russian supporters led to the establishment of a riot police in Estonia. (didn't it exist earlier anyway? I might be wrong though). So I suggest the Supporters section should be cleared up or removed altogether. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.50.162.249 (talk) 10:38, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
- It wasn't just a small brawl, normal security and police couldn't handle it, that lead to the creation of riot police to keep such thing and under control. Sixest (talk) 18:23, 23 December 2008 (UTC)
- A source would come in handy. I've also removed the notable matches section. The list was a POV section with no difined criteria for inclusion. BanRay 09:31, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Baltic Cup
editShould we add the baltic cup records amongst the World Cup and European championship? Sixest 14:56, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
Elo ranking
editWhat about lowest Elo ranking? Other counries have it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.119.163.28 (talk) 19:00, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
again about 'Supporters'
editThis whole subsection is controversial and should be deleted in its entirety, or possibly have a total overhaul. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Warmindustry (talk • contribs) 15:45, 14 December 2009 (UTC)
Claim of occupation by USSR
editI changed this wild claim of "occupation of USSR" to "was a Soviet Republic" from 1950-1990, a football page is no place for false revisionist history. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.240.188.173 (talk) 00:34, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
I agree, football page is no place for false revisionist history, so stop changing it to a Soviet Republic! Estonia could still not participate "as a Soviet Republic". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.222.13.101 (talk) 19:48, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
Europe and world knows better Soviet Union, not USSR. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.119.163.28 (talk) 15:00, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
As a Soviet Republic, Estonian players were eligible for the Soviet team, just like players from any other Republic. It is misleading to claim that Estonia could not participate, because they could, under the Soviet system they were joined to. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.240.155.191 (talk) 13:06, 23 March 2010 (UTC)
Refrences
editTop goalscorers link is wrong at the moment. This is right one: http://www.jalgpallihaigla.ee/?id=138&keel=ee —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pelmeen10 (talk • contribs) 16:53, 26 February 2010 (UTC)
- Fixed. (Lipik (talk) 21:55, 26 February 2010 (UTC))
Other
editI think the date of Elo/FIFA rank should be somewhere in the article. Always when i see them, they are old. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pelmeen10 (talk • contribs) 13:02, 5 March 2010 (UTC)
Recent results and fixtures
editWhats up with the backround colour? Pelmeen10 (talk) 18:57, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
- Looks like warmindustry colored them according to competitions. Why would one do that? Who knows. Changed it back so the colors would represent the result from Estonia's point of view.Lipik (talk) 19:30, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
Is that better somehow? Some wikipedia rule covering that? Sry, didn't know. Don't care, tbh. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Warmindustry (talk • contribs)
