Greg left Kilmarnock as he had moved back to Fife when he came back to Scotland, and it was too much travelling to Kilmarnock every day. The move had nothing to do with him becoming captain at Kilmarnock.
I also thought the reason for him losing his place at Charlton was due to him falling out with Alan Curbishly. But if this can't be proved I can't really complain about it not being stated
