Does anyone think it makes sense to say something is followed by a previously released issue? Gwenpool's 1st appearance in Howard the Duck 1 predates the Gwenpool special and, as such, does not follow it. 2601:182:4381:E60:F138:D86F:692A:6E4C (talk) 17:27, 13 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Possible misinformation

edit

Does anyone have a source for the claim in the "In other media" section that Gwen Stacy's design in Marvel Rising and Across the Spider-Verse is because of a character designer getting her confused with Gwenpool? The only mentions of it I can find online seem to stem from this article, and the account that added it seems to have been banned. BossBabyIsAMasterpiece (talk) 14:53, 26 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

Gwenpool is described as aromamtic and asexual, which is false. She has a sexual relation with mutant Quentin Quire (Kid Omega) in the West Coast Avengers arc. She breaks up by SMS on Comic "Gweni, Vidi, Vici" featuring Deadpool and the Fantastic Four for the scenario, but gives the hint to come back to him after entering Krakoa at the end of "Gwenpool Strikes Back" #5 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A04:EE41:2:E6A8:FC76:7681:D04:A599 (talk) 13:33, 18 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

None of that contradicts her being aroace, she just hadn’t figured it out yet. She’s shown figuring it out in Love Unlimited Gwenpool #47, as mentioned in the article. A lot of people do things that don’t seem to match their sexuality at some point, in most cases it's just because social pressures or lack of knowledge lead them to assume they’re alloromantic and/or heterosexual. 92.10.250.123 (talk) 04:13, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
