Prose is largely clear; Grammar/spelling changes will be indicated on detailed review. 1. Use proper cases and singular-plural for the words. Capital letters should be used appropriately. E.g. Why only Liquified in caps? Carbon Black in caps? Propane and Butane in caps? mini bulk Carriers -- why Carriers alone in caps and not mini bulk? and so-on... Cargoes? 2. If an acronym is defined earlier, it is ok to use the same rather than repeat large phrases. Say for mini bulk carriers, mobile harbor cranes etc.
	1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation.	1. All citations should be moved from the lead section. Overall assessment.	@User:খাঁ শুভেন্দু In the few sections that have been reviewed, it is found that the article needs working, particularly in terms of providing citations as there are multiple lines no valid references, unreliable sources and sources without page nos./link for quoted citations, apart from other issues. It would be better if you do a thorough re-check on the entire article based on the citations. From the comments, it might be concluded that the article fails some of the basic criteria, particularly 2b and 2c and needs to be quick failed. But I believe that discussing with the respective GA nominator to consider how the article concerned can be reworked and the changes can be made quite quickly with conscious effort, the nominator be willing. In the dipstick mentioned above, I had merely checked a few lines, even in those few, still concerns remain. For e.g. in the railway section, the last two lines are not part of the source mentioned. Page nos. for the source are mentioned as 3 and 11, whereas the entire document itself is only three pages long. Please be sure and ensure that all the lines are sourced properly as per the references provided. Also, address the formatting issues (quoted in blue). Thanks. General issues

Despite your efforts of clean-up, similar issues still remain. Examples below:
1. Only Liquefied is capitalized in the acronym LPG
2. Citations in the middle of sentence #83, #91, #92 etc.
3. Re-linking of the same articles, Kolkata port in the lead itself multiple times

Lead

Generic issues:
a. Lead should consist of a summary of what is detailed in the article. In the lead section, there are content which are not part of the article and hence not sourced. (E.g. cargo handling, hinterland etc.)
b. Lead does not appropriately summarize the article. It needs expansion with essential points taken from major topics.

I think you are confused about the location of the Port of Kolkata. Location of the Port of Kolkata is given below:

The official name of the Port of Kolkata is "Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata". This port consists of port facilities located in two different locations. The port facility located in Kolkata and its surrounding area is officially known as the Kolkata Dock System, while the port facility located in the Haldia area is officially known as the Haldia Dock Complex.
