Politics of "international development"
editWow ... Wikipedia is amazing. I'm typing this from the IDRC LAN - I visited here and checked to see if this page existed. This could be an entry in one of a series of articles on the politics of "international development" ... possibly some entries already exist. - Comment added by 198.62.158.205 00:26, 19 March 2004.
- Maybe you should create an account :-) Development material is lacking and needs work. --tranquileye 11:27, 17 September 2005 (UTC)
Proposed edit
editThe OECD statistic (second paragraph) is not very specific to IDRC, and the same paragraph appears verbatim on the Global Affairs Canada page. If there is an interest in indicating Canada's contributions to international development organizations, I would propose instead the statistic from IDRC's 2021-22 annual report, indicating that IDRC's parliamentary appropriation reflects 3% of Canada's international assistance envelope.
