Dutch Article
editIn the dutch entry on Brett E Ellis, it says this book has been written in 7 weeks while Ellis was constantly doing speed (amfetamines). Is there any verifiable source for this? 82.73.116.153 16:21, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
Neutrality
editYeah, that whole section about Tarantino being THE ONLY MAN who could bring this book to life, with no TEPID COMPROMISES? Horseshit. Sounds almost like Tarantino himself wrote it, but there's not enough "alright?" in it. Howa0082 (talk) 03:04, 22 December 2007 (UTC)
"Firstly, he is probably the only director who could pull off" This is clearly opinion and does not sound encyclopedic at all. 72.94.40.117 (talk) 10:41, 25 December 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Lessthan01st1.png
editImage:Lessthan01st1.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Pony
editAlthough the My Little Pony episode Lesson Zero certainly does exist, it seems extremely unlikely to me that the writers of a children's show would reference something as horrendously grim as this... Little off-hand movie lines for the parents to chuckle at sure, but this? Wodgester (talk) 16:57, 23 October 2019 (UTC)

Description of Clay in film adaptation seems inaccurate
edit"In the film, Clay is an anti-drug crusader who returns home from college to try to rescue his friends from their various narcotics addictions." I just watched the movie and would not describe Clay this way, which implies he is the opposite of the book's depiction. He returns home from college because Blair's cryptic message made him think she wanted to get back together, and he had no awareness of Julian or her needing "rescue". When Clay meets Rip he already knows him as a drug dealer from high school, and Rip implies he supplied Clay's cocaine habit before it went dormant when he went off to an Ivy League university - so, Clay doesn't start out as an "anti-drug crusader", he's actually a former user but not an addict - instead the story pulls him into the lives of Julian and Blair, where he discovers they are in varying stages of addiction and is disturbed to see the toll that cocaine is taking on them. 24.96.125.70 (talk) 23:10, 5 February 2024 (UTC)
