editThere are other backrupt airlines besides those of North America. What about Belgium's Sabena??? Dc197 01:49, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
- Agreed, and until some of these are added I have moved the page from Airline bankruptcies to Airline bankruptcies in the United States. Zarcadia (talk) 10:32, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
- It would make more sense to me to move the page back and tag it for global perspective needed, so other editors can add the missing info. -- Beland (talk) 20:43, 30 December 2011 (UTC)
United Airlines was ACQUIRED by Continental Airlines, doing business as United Airlines. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.25.217.8 (talk) 09:52, 25 June 2014 (UTC)
Primary Citation Source A4A (Airlines for America)
editLooks like the A4A no longer has a document to support this data. I found an article I'll put in its place for now, but it's only a partial list. http://www.boston.com/business/articles/2011/11/29/american_joins_long_list_of_airline_bankruptcies/
