In the list of limited edition Oreo flavors, I wanted to add "Oreo Trio": a Mexico-exclusive variant consisting on two halves, one chocolate, one golden with a strawberry filling. Provided are two pictures uploaded back in 2010 which show the oreos in question:

- Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Flickr is user-generated content, and the photos don't verify these details (exclusive to Mexico, flavors, etc). These photos are also copyrighted and can't be used on Wikipedia. Should we nominate a fact about Oreo on the DYK box on the main page?
editI was thinking we could nominate a fact about Oreo in the DYK UI box on the main page. I was thinking something like:
"... that Hydrox is the predecessor of Oreo?"
Once again, I am leaving this post up for discussion and I’m not going to nominate this fact if this discussions replies discard of my proposal. Bennett1203 (talk) 13:25, 15 July 2024 (UTC)
- @Bennett1203 Does this article meet the "New" requirement of DYK?
At the time of nomination, an article must be considered new, which means it was created, expanded fivefold, or promoted to good article status in the seven days preceding a nomination.
--Ahecht (TALK
PAGE) 16:09, 15 July 2024 (UTC)- I guess not. I just made this proposal as a question. Bennett1203 (talk) 16:43, 15 July 2024 (UTC)

Add a section to the "Applied to three people" category about the 1992 Disney film "The Mighty Ducks" wherein black characters Jesse and Terry Hall play on a hockey line known as the "Oreo Line" as wingers, and white character Guy Germaine plays center.

- Not done: When making edit requests the requesting editor is asked to provide the exact prose to be inserted along with all relevant sources. Please also provide a better source. Perhaps a clip on YouTube (though it would be infinitely better to find a secondary source discussing it)? —Sirdog (talk) 23:49, 15 August 2024 (UTC)
Possible merge/deletion of List of Oreo varieties?
editHello all! I have tasked myself with working on List of Oreo varieties, as it is poorly organized and outdated. However, I have noticed that the main Oreo article lists almost all varieties of Oreo, and it is organized in a reasonable/clear way that follows Wiki guidelines. Would it make sense to either merge List of Oreo varieties with this article, or possibly delete List of Oreo varieties altogether? I personally have never headed an AfD/merge process in the past, so I wanted to gather your opinions before I consider beginning this. Thanks! Ecoevergreen (talk) 13:33, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
