Palestinians who became Lebanese
editIt seems to me that this article does not refer to the Palestinians who emigrated to Lebanon and fully integrated - presumably because it is not possible to count them. As I understand it, many Christian families in particular were able to achieve full Lebanese citizenship, through both legal means and otherwise. I do not have any clear sources to quantify this however.
Separately, this article has some interesting additional facts about the plight of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
The article should explain what is behind the (very complex) situation - for example mentioning the historical role the Palestinian demographic issue played in the Lebanese civil war.
Section about treatment of Palestinians
editI think the section of treatment and rights of Palestinians in Lebanon and within other Arab League countries may reserve its own article, as and issue widely discussed in the international media and by Human Rights Watch (including during the Syrian Civil War). Section about refugee camps
editPerhaps a section could be added about the refugee camps in Lebanon that many Palestinian refugees live it. According to the UNRWA, 53 percent of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon live in one of twelve refugee camps that the country has. Additionally, I believe some of your numbers could be updated because the estimate of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon that you included was from 2011.Courtwang (talk) 23:57, 3 September 2015 (UTC)

Reason for status?
editI'm surprised there's no talk about the rational that the Lebanese government gives for not giving the Palestinians anything. Is there any reports on that? Hovsepig (talk) 08:14, 20 October 2023 (UTC)
