2019 Rockpile reunion?
editSomeone has posted a lot about a 2019 Rockpile reunion with Zak Starkey on drums. As far as I know, Nick Lowe is currently touring the U.S. Midwest and there are no reunion plans in the works. Does anyone have any supporting material? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.160.65.85 (talk) 19:10, 23 September 2019 (UTC)
The Zak Starkey stuff is false. Nick Lowe has been touring the US. In the first half of September he was at The Strand Bookstore in New York to promote Will Birch's bio of him. During the Q&A he was asked if he's in touch with Dave Edmunds, and he said he isn't. That would be quite an odd response if they had just recently had a reunion (or were planning to have one in the near future. You can see the video of the event here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWAHrkOBPvk&t=2099s.
Also, on the Nick Lowe fan club Facebook page, Will Birch (who jut wrote a Nick Lowe biography and is a friend of Lowe's) said unequivocally that the reunion did not happen. As one of Lowe's confidant's Birch would know. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 143.165.48.50 (talk) 13:25, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
