Bulan's Tribal Council
editGuys, do we count Bulan's votes, from their first tribal council, as combined votes towards a pair, 7 out of 9, or as individual votes, 14 out of 18 votes total.
Celebrity pairs
editSince the show started as pairs, legends of which pairs should be shown on the tribal council votes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.202.170.218 (talk) 10:00, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

Note: The numbers are based on their appearances on the introduction of the pilot episode. Intro Link: [1] --User:Janbryan (talk) 17:20, January 8, 2012 (UTC)
We may colors instead of numbers, because that is the norm here in Wikipedia. I might suggest some later, but basic colors would do. - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 08:12, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
- This is my suggestion. I've also been thinking of how can pairs be distinguished. I disagree with the numbering scheme. I suggest that we use both colors and symbols. Colors mainly. Symbols are just used for those who are colorblind, comparing it to The Amazing Race (U.S. TV series). See List_of_number-one_singles_in_2011_(New_Zealand) for example.--Ja 1207 (talk) 04:59, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- I disagree on the coloring scheme because we don't have a clear idea on what color should be put in a certain pair, not like in Big Brother 13 (U.S.)#Voting history which the colors were based from the colors they used in the first challenge. If you want we can use lettering scheme, instead of numbers, like also in Big Brother 13 (U.S.)#Voting history because numbers can be confusing. Readers might thought its the number of places when they we're eliminated. Janbryan (talk) 18:30, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
- I quite agree with the color suggestions. To be honest, as I can see it, numbers are eye-sore. I go for the colors. This is a landmark case for the whole Survivor, since this is the first ever season who pairs castaways... and even the production team considers them as one (in some instances). The colors will really look neat. We can put color notes at the bottom of the table so that the readers could easily understand what the article tries to say. So... my vote goes to the color-scheme.--Renzoy16 (talk) 18:53, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
- Still disagree with the lettering scheme, because letters can still be considered as "order". I'm sticking with symbols and colors.--Ja 1207 (talk) 04:59, 9 January 2012 (UTC)

Here are my suggestions (color boxes and basic colors for the meantime):
- § Geneva & KC
- ¶ Maribel & Mara
- ¤ Jackie & Angelicopter
- ‡ Chuckie & Isabel
- ♥ Alyssa & Aifha
- # Arthur & Carlo
- ৳ Ellen & Filo
- ≈ Arnold & John
- ₰ Gino & Stef
- ♠ Betong & Maey
Again, the colors are just suggestions, but we're better off doing colors and symbols than numbers due to the order it implies and the fact that it is already the norm here in Wikipedia. - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 14:40, 9 January 2012 (UTC)
- Okay, I agree to Ja's suggestions but one favor: Can we change Gino and Stef's color to brown because white is colorless? Please and thank you!!! --Janbryan (talk) 03:27, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
- That would be fine.--Ja 1207 (talk) 05:53, 11 January 2012 (UTC)

- We use symbols mainly for those who are colorblind. I think Wikipedia has a policy or something relating to that. Someone told me that when I deleted the symbols on the New Zealand charts page. They of course reverted it back explaining to me the rule.--Ja 1207 (talk) 02:17, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
- Oh okay, I think we could really put symbols. But can we just use other symbols which are more likely nice to look at? But, if there is none then we have to stick with these symbols.---Renzoy16 | Contact Me 04:02, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
Tribe Color
editHey don't u guys thing that the Apolaki tribe color is a bit more dark in the series? Like here's a pic of their flag see for yourself [2] In the U.S. version, ppl work like freaking day and nyt just to match the color on contestant's buff (refer to their articles' talkpages) and it really shocks me that here the color's wayyyyy different from the real shown on the screens! Can somebody correct it or u know tell me the reason why it's so! plx

- LOL u guys changed the color, the least u could do is thank me for it! DUH.... Lol, there are a hundred other mistakes in this article and taking the U.S. version in mind, it hardly touches any premises, in terms of quality, that the the U.S. survivor articles offer! ROFL.. GReat job guys! --Heyhello1234567 (talk) 06:44, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
- Can I just ask where are the people changing the tribe colors? 'Tis because I can't see these changes in the pages' history. And some of these colors are not what they're supposed to be, just like in .--Ja 1207 (talk) 04:10, 9 February 2012 (UTC)

- OK. I realized it's somewhat accurate. However, can you please check the color of the Galone tribe in Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown? It has been changed drastically from its original color. I can't remember what the original color was, but I have a link of the color from the official Facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150317473750585&set=a.266815105584.296937.197543980584&type=3--Ja 1207 (talk) 11:58, 10 February 2012 (UTC)
