The Recruit → The Recruit (film) – OK, I'm going to go ahead and argue that there is no WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for this title, or at least that the 2003 film (which was hardly any kind of "blockbuster") doesn't qualify as enough of the primary topic here (outside of the occasional infrequent page view spike), especially in light of the new 2022 TV series. Here are: page views for the articles with this title over the last year. There are now two TV series with this title, plus the film, and a novel article – My recommendation is that all of these articles should all be parenthetically disambiguated, including the 2003 film article. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 18:18, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
- Support okay well the page views are pretty clear. Not convinced we need The Recruit (disambiguation) when we have a dab page at Recruit. Although then again recruit might arguably be a redirect to recruitment. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:29, 21 December 2022 (UTC)

There are 16 bulleted entries listed upon the Recruit disambiguation page, created in 2004, thus there was no need to create, in 2014, a duplicate dab page — The Recruit (disambiguation) — which contains not a single unique entry — all six of its entries are also listed upon the Recruit dab page. Thus, in order to preserve its (admittedly brief) eight-year revision history, The Recruit (disambiguation), as well as The Recruit, should become redirects to the Recruit dab page. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 10:19, 21 December 2022 (UTC)
