Elected by the General Assembly, or by the voters?
editThe earlier Pennsylvania Treasurers were elected by the General Assembly, but in modern times they are elected by the voters. This article should explain this in more detail. --DThomsen8 (talk) 01:40, 10 August 2012 (UTC)
