  • Tags need addressing. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 14:03, 23 September 2012 (UTC)

Been done. Rcsprinter (natter) @ 15:40, 25 September 2012 (UTC)

  • Just because tags have been addressed doesn't mean the article is ready to go. Did you review it beyond that? If so, it would help if you said what was reviewed. Thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 16:25, 25 September 2012 (UTC)
  • Most of the key points are okay: new enough, long enough. I still have issues with the reference formatting though. Also, what makes Horseracinghistory.co.uk and Tbheritage.com reliable? — Crisco 1492 (talk) 16:37, 25 September 2012 (UTC)
  • Can you explain the problem with "reference formatting"? I've had articles pass GA with references in this format, and I think the standards there are usually a bit higher than those for a DYK. Horseracinghistory.co.uk is a webpage run by the National Horseracing Museum. Tbheritage.com is a well-established website which publishes material by professional journalists, researchers and horse-racing history experts- see the list of contributors. As the material is not controversial and does not relate to LP I think they are fine as RS for an article like this. Tigerboy1966  06:57, 6 October 2012 (UTC)
Fixed. Next?  Tigerboy1966  07:34, 6 October 2012 (UTC)
