Charlotte Gordon McLaren (4 February 1869 - 2 April 1940) was a Scottish painter.[1]
Life
editHer father was John McLaren (17 March 1827 - 10 July 1894), a merchant and warehouseman from Ardoch in Perthshire.
Her mother was Anne Wingate Buchanan (28 July 1837 - 1909) from Glasgow. John and Anne married on 22 August 1861 in Anderston, Glasgow.
Charlotte Gordon McLaren was born on 2 February 1869 in Govan, Glasgow.
She married the Rev. Claude O'Flaherty in 1910 in Edinburgh.

editShe died on 2 April 1940 in Edinburgh. She had a home in Millport, Bute and one in Edinburgh.
