You may be under the impression that you had something to do with rescuing 2012 Roanoke Obama campaign speech aka "You didn't build that!" But just remember: You didn't rescue that! – Sir Lionel, EG(talk) 04:30, 21 August 2012 (UTC)
The Original Barnstar
Thanks for adding the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan to the San Diego article! I noticed that omission just the other day and meant to go back and fix it, but forgot. And thanks for all the fine sources you added to that section. MelanieN (talk) 16:03, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
Just wanted to say thanks for your work so far at Military history of Asian Americans, and for your work on Filipino American military history generally. Hope you keep feeling better! Cheers -- Khazar2 (talk) 17:46, 4 February 2013 (UTC)
Congrats on getting the DYK thingy for David Pendleton!!! I was the second guy to make an edit to it, but you're the one who pretty much made the whole entire freakin' thing, gratz! Enjoy your stroopwafels! Helicopter Llama 21:19, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
The Special Barnstar
For having the "intestinal fortitude" to make a quality edit that may inspire a shitstorm Gtwfan52 (talk) 01:48, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
The Socratic Barnstar
Whenever I see your comments on talk pages, AfDs or what-have-you they are always very articulate and it definitely comes across that you actually put thought, effort and *gasp* logic into your comments and arguments. There really needs to be more Wikipedians like you. — -dainomite 08:30, 20 February 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for your service to the Third Opinion Project. By helping there, you are contributing to making Wikipedia a nicer and more peaceful place to work. Again, thank you very, very much. — TransporterMan (TALK) 15:51, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
What a Brilliant Idea Barnstar
Cracker idea - endorsed whole-heartedly. While others may baulk at yet another discussion, I actually think that's the best way forward rather than all this ad-hoc nonsense. My biggest criticism was that previous "consensus" had been determined on the basis of contributions from only a handful of editors and that the new discussion was going the same way. Your idea gives us a definitive starting point for something new. Keep up the great work. St★lwart111 06:41, 6 March 2015 (UTC)
The Tuna Trophy
For your great work on the "Tuna industry" section of History of San Diego, you are hereby awarded this TUNA. The opposite of a WP:TROUT, this delicious fish commends you for improving Wikipedia. MelanieN (talk) 21:28, 6 April 2015 (UTC)

WikiConference North America Barnstar
Thank you for the role you played at WikiConference North America 2016. This year's conference could not have been a success without your contributions and we hope you will continue to be involved in 2017. On behalf of WikiConference North America - Gamaliel (talk) 23:52, 29 November 2016 (UTC)
A little pony for you!
Thank you for the incredible energy and supportiveness! Happy to be working together. Very hopeful we can do great things in the coming months! DrMel (talk) 21:43, 5 December 2016 (UTC)
By the authority vested in me by myself it gives me great pleasure to present you with this barnstar in recognition of all of the high quality Good Articles you have nursed through the process. Some really classy work there. Hopefully there are more to come. Gog the Mild (talk) 13:50, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for advancing democracy by nominating candidates in the community discussion at meta:Movement Charter/Affiliates by Region/North America. I feel like the Wikimedia Foundation put us under undue pressure by requesting a vote on a short timeline. If you had not made nominations then there would have been much less conversation in the process.
I appreciate your putting yourself out there by publishing nominations, and also naming people whom you admire. It takes some nerve to name names and say what you like.
In the future I want more power to the community and for the WMF to follow some rules about when they can call for community labor. I started to draft some rules or requests at meta:Wikimedia Foundation process for community requests in part because we might not always have someone like you who is willing to organize a process on so little time.
