Dear User:Septimus Wilkinson, hello! Thank you for your message on my talk page. I apologize for not being around when you sent it! I believe a similar naming discussion was held before that, where it was decided that 'Eastern Orthodox Church' was the name most commonly used in the West for that denomination. I hope this helps!
