Request reason:

I can't use the IP 178.32.219.190 (meta:User talk:178.32.219.190) as logged user, but this is a dedicated server and so I'm the unique shell user that can SOCKS using this IP. I use this SOCKS server for security reasons.

Decline reason:

Sorry, that range is blocked due to rampant abuse. Speaking personally, that ISP also serves a significant proportion of the spam that hits my own servers. Yamla (talk) 11:06, 9 May 2016 (UTC)

I have confirmed the need for IP block exemption with a CheckUser on Meta. The right has been added locally to get around the local range block. You should have no problem editing now — MusikAnimal ^talk 20:57, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
