FYI
editI have moved your new page here - Looks like you created this in the main article name space by accident. 7 03:38, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
Help:Section
editYou reverted my editing of Help:Section#Sub-subsection, but you didn't indicate what objections you had, either in your edit comment or on the talk page. Since your edit comment asked others not to undo your revert without discussing, I'm here to discuss. —Finell 04:07, 28 November 2009 (UTC) (To preserve the continuity of the conversation, I will watch for your reply, if any, here on your Talk page)
- What did you mean 'targed does not exist'? Destination page is Help:Section and source page is Wikipedia:Contents_box. We are discussing this on Help_talk:Section – imis☂ 04:42, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
- I should have been more specific. I was referring to this revert. As for the other one one, you didn't code the target page correctly the first time around, so it appeared in the {{Mergefrom}} template as a red link, which indicates a non-existent page. Therefor, I deleted the {{Mergefrom}} template because there was not a valid page to merge from. Apparently, you fixed that later. (Actually, I believe that {{Mergefrom}} is meant to be used only for articles, not in project space, which is why you were having so much difficulty getting it to link, and it still doesn't look right.) In any event, why did you revert this, which had nothing to do with your merge template? —Finell 05:32, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
- I didn't want to revert this. Didn't check properly. Will correct. – imis☂ 05:48, 28 November 2009 (UTC)

- Correction: I think that the template problem is that it is not designed to merge across 2 different namespaces. It assumes that the {{Mergefrom}} target is in the same namespace as the page on which the template is placed. —Finell 05:40, 28 November 2009 (UTC)

The article Ellis Jones (actor) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. dudhhr talk contribs (he/they) 15:07, 6 October 2022 (UTC)
