The Studio Ghibli task force is a WikiProject task force dedicated to organizing, expanding, clean up, and improving articles related to the Japanese anime studio Studio Ghibli. It is a joint project between WikiProjects Anime and manga and Film. To indicate that an article falls within the scope of this work group, please add "|studio-ghibli-task-force=
" to {{WikiProject Anime and manga}}". For example, {{WikiProject Anime and manga|studio-ghibli-task-force=yes}}. You can also add this to the talk page of images, categories, and templates.
If you would like to participate, add yourself to the members section of this page. Help out by editing Studio Ghibli-related articles, making positive changes towards the goals outlined, or contributing to the discussion on one of our related talk pages. If you would like to add some suggestions, ask on the talk page.
Guidelines
editAs this project falls under the scope of both the anime and manga and film WikiProjects, the guidelines for anime and manga related articles can be found at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Anime- and manga-related articles and film-related articles can be found at Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Film.
In addition to the usual policies and guidelines, please make sure you understand the specific guidelines related to anime and manga-related articles, as well as film-related articles. Also make sure you are familiar with:

Scope and goals
editMission statement
editThe goal of the Studio Ghibli task force is to organize, clean, and improve Studio Ghibli-related articles information within a format that fits Wikipedia's fictional procedures to, ultimately, the level of quality stressed in the Featured Article and Featured List guidelines.
Scope
editThis task force covers the following items:
- Anyone affiliated with Studio Ghibli, including the musicians, characters and crews of every Studio Ghibli film.
- Anything located within a Studio Ghibli or Studio Ghibli-affiliated category, sub-category, list, article, stub, or template.
Goals
edit- Improve all 23 Studio Ghibli feature films and 11 short films, as well as Studio Ghibli, to Featured Article status, or at the very least Good Article status.
- Nominate the Studio Ghibli feature films and/or Studio Ghibli as Featured Topics, or at the very least Good Topics.
- Improve the Hayao Miyazaki, Isao Takahata, Joe Hisaishi, Hiromasa Yonebayashi and Toshio Suzuki (producer) articles to Featured Article status, or at the very least Good Article status.
