- In December 2010, the Wikipedia:Article alerts system was brought back online with the help of WP:VG member H3llkn0wz; the WP:VG-related article alerts can be found at Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Article alerts.
- In December 2010, Xeno and David Fuchs were elected for 2-year terms on the English Wikipedia's Arbitration Committee.
- In December 2010, the Indie games task force was created.
