Marshall Stax
Hello
editI noticed you have some fine pictures of your XS1100 posted at the xs11.com forum. I wonder if you would be willing to release one of these and upload it to Wikipedia for the XS1100 article. The picture posted there now is of my bike that I took with my cellphone camera. It's not the best quality and your bikes look much nicer. Also, for your consideration, I've created some userboxes for motorcycle enthusiasts. See User:Malber/userboxes if you would like to include one on your userpage. I would have preferred an XS1100 for the picture :-). —Malber (talk • contribs) 18:34, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the comments about my bike. I considered using those photos for the article, but decided against it because it's a non-standard mix of XS11 Standard and Special parts. However, if you think they would be better for the article, then I have no objection, and I'm happy to give my full permission and release to use them. However, I can't seem to upload large files from my computer right now. Would you be able to upload them for me?Marshall Stax 08:06, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- I can if you e-mail them to me or send me an e-mail where you agree to multi-license the images per GFDL and Creative Commons. I don't think non-stock bikes would be bad as examples. They'd be a lot better than my

editThat is a better structure than what I was fumbling with. (Now to track down a reference for the Seiun Award, for which of course Yay.) —Quasirandom 01:49, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks. I just wanted to put in the Seiun award, and that gave me the idea to put the "mysteries" section in with themes. Marshall Stax 02:13, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
You put him into category:american guitarists and category:american country guitarists. since one is a sub-cat of another, only one is needed. just for future reference! thanks. Ironholds (talk) 13:06, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks, I'll keep that in mind.
Hi. I noticed you had expressed an opinion regarding the AFD on the Clay Duke talkpage, however the proper place is here if you care to express an opinion on keeping or deleting the article. Don't forget to sign any opinion you may leave. Yours, Rms125a@hotmail.com (talk) 01:13, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

editHi My name is Arne Eriksen. Living in Bergen, Norway, 61 year old. Pleace be over with my english. Belive it or not, but I have exately the same car as you. It came to Norway in 1951. I have had it in my garage since about 85 I think, and it has not been on the road since 1965. Now I just started the restoration of the car. It`s in good condition tecnicly, but I have a good job with the body. The owner before me had fokus on the tecknikly part, and now most of the job is outside the body. I already have a good welding job, so now it is outside it have to be done. A bit rust, but I don`t worried about this. It`s not many of them left so I hope to get it on the road again next year. Do you have the history of your car? If you are interested I be pleaced to hear from you. My mail adress i: arnes68@hotmail.com
