Deletion of Delta Airlines Flight 1086
You deleted this article with reason A7. I fail to understand how this criterion applied. I recognize that there is room for debate about the notability of the incident, but it seems to me that you have significantly misused the speedy deletion criterion: Nominally, the article is about a particular scheduled commercial airline flight, making it an "organized event"; however, the fact that the airplane operating the flight crashed on landing, clearly described in the article, is a more-than-sufficient "claim of notability" to exempt it from speedy deletion under this criterion. — CarLuva (talk) 12:13, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
- Perhaps a bit harsh to delete a newbie's first effort so restored. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:37, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
I made some major improvements to this article, and I do believe the subject accident definitely meets the standard for notability. Since you were the original AfD proposer, I'd appreciate if you could take a look at the article now and perhaps reconsider your position on nominating it for AfD. — Darkest Tree Talk 01:42, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- It is always a bit depressing when you start an AfD discussion and nobody joins in. In this case the opposite has happened so my withdrawing the nomination would make little difference. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:53, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
Deletion Help
Hi, I had noticed that some time ago you had deleted a page I'd put up ' Russ Appleby'. I wondered if there was any tips you could give me to rewrite it which would make it more Wiki friendly if possible. Maybe including some tv work, international work or more photos or links to other articles relating to things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Russpie — Preceding unsigned comment added by Russpie (talk • contribs) 12:44, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
- At least you have not been forcing yourself urgently upon Wikipedia but even so, you should wait until someone with no COI thinks you are notable and writes about you here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:31, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

You delete a lot. If you and I find articles that should be deleted, we should do it. As far as personal pages being deleted, that could make people mad unnecessarily. — Wowee Zowee public (talk) 15:48, 10 March 2015 (UTC)

Gray Matters Capital Foundation
I work for Gray Matters Capital Foundation and this page was wrongly deleted. We are a non-profit, so we were not advertising. We own the website, so there is no copyright infringement. Please advise the steps that need to be taken to activate this page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jen404 (talk • contribs) 16:05, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
- Profit or non-profit are treated exactly the same in Wikipedia. You do not need to take any steps. When your organisation becomes notable someone with no COI will write about you here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:31, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
Ceschi
Why did you delete the Ceschi page? He has plenty of coverage: Village Voice, AllMusic, Exclaim, Boston Phoenix, etc. Pretty sure these were referenced in the article too. -- Forty.4 (talk) 17:23, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
- Forty.4, have you even bothered to read the info presented on Ceschi? Hint: it's impossible to miss and even in RED. I'm smelling a WP:COI, to be honest. — The Dissident Aggressor 00:37, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
Where? Here? Or here? Where is it? You are not linking me to it. Where is the discussion around Ceschi's notability in the year 2015? All I see is a discussion that took place eight years ago. He has become a good deal more notable since then, releasing his most widely reviewed album and founding Fake Four. Non-notability is not a permanent affliction. And you have absolutely no basis for suspecting a COI, get a hold of yourself. -- Forty.4 (talk) 02:50, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
- The latest version had been around for two and a half years but was still short on evidence of notability. If you can create a decently referenced version, feel free to raise the matter at deletion review. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:31, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
Weren't the above sources referenced in the article? -- Forty.4 (talk) 01:42, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- The allmusic link was there but none of the others. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:53, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
Okay. One of his albums (the one released after the 2007 AfD) has its own article, which was certainly linked from the Ceschi article, and the sources were all there (bar the Village Voice one, plus the Tiny Mix Tapes one). I think there was enough evidence of notability here for you to have not salted the page based on an AfD from eight years ago. - Forty.4 (talk) 01:12, 13 March 2015 (UTC)
Sarah Gertrude Shapiro
hi. I am new to wikipedia. I love this site and tried very hard to make sure my first article was factually correct, well sourced, and on a topic that has not been previously covered. I chose Sarah Gertrude Shapiro. She is a television show creator, musician and director of note who is referenced on several pages but does not have her own page, so it seemed appropriate to create. I had gathered 15 references and was careful to be accurate, but for some reason you deleted it. My formatting was still in progress as this is a little confusing at first. If you could please explain what was wrong with my article I will gladly fix the issues so that I can learn how to be a helpful to wikipedia, which has helped me so much. Thank you, Dinosuarus (talk) 07:50, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

Hello. We had previously created a page for a CEO with whom we are working. The page was supposedly deleted owing to G12: Unambiguous copyright infringement. But we believe we gave necessary sources to support our content, especially the link mentioned. We wish to create a new page for the same person, and have rewritten the content. Frankly, we are a bit lost on where we are infringing. Request you to please help us on how to avoid the mistakes in particular if any. — 103.227.69.154 (talk) 13:40, 11 March 2015 (UTC)

Why was this picture deleted for being a copy violation? I credited the website that gave the photo from. They released the photo for free on one of their web pages. Anyone can view the webpage. I even have the website that the image came from: [1] Please take this into consideration. — FordDixon (talk) 14:53, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
- The person who applied the speedy deletion tag did so with this edit summary: "nothing from the source states this image is available under Creative Commons". End of story. And why did you scale it down? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 16:22, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
I scaled it down because it was simply too big. I didn't want the image to be so big on the article, as the dimensions are 1600x900, which is much too big to be usable. Do you know who tagged the image for deletion? I'd like to have a word with them. — FordDixon (talk) 14:23, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- Policy is to upload images at the highest resolution available. The wiki software does a brilliant job of scaling them to any size for use in articles. The speedy tag was applied by The359 (talk · contribs) but I am sure they will simply repeat their view. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:53, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
Rfd: Eginyn
Re: Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2015 March 5#Eginyn: I think that you interpreted a comment from the nominator incorrectly in this discussion. You closed this as "delete per nominator" but another editor struck a comment by Some Gadget Geek which seems to have made it appear that they favoured deletion when they do not. I am in favour of deletion myself and the discussion was clearly going that way, but since the nominator seems to still be looking for a way to keep the redirect I think it will save future headache if the deletion is for a policy- or consensus-supported reason rather than "per nominator". Thanks. Ivanvector (talk) 17:27, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
- I don't know what you think the nominator said but I read "inter-language soft redirects are not generally considered useful" which, I hope you will agree is well-established policy. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 22:01, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
My goodness, I seem to have confused nominator with creator. Apologies, of course you're right, and thanks for taking a look anyway. I shall consume greater quantities of caffeine before reviewing long deletion threads again. — Ivanvector (talk) 14:01, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
Deletion of Article
Fair use, in my draft of the Stentorians, which you deleted, I made reference to materials which you cited as infringing on copyright. However, on that site, it clearly states that the material is sourced elsewhere and "You are free to use this material in any constructive way. There should be no charge for the use of this material or any profit made from the use of it. For the most part it was freely given and should be passed along the same way. If you have material to add, or changes that should be made, please contact me."
The sections you deleted the draft for sets the foundation, the history, that presaged the creation of this fraternal organization. without it, the story lacks background, and as historical material, cannot be refuted as heresay. My sources were Lafire, aaffmuseum timeline and the paper researched by Joe Shalmoni. In creating the draft I find that I cannot make the references link correctly and while the citations were listed but not referenced, they were there for perusal.
While Changes were being made, you did not join the discussion, but rather deleted the entry. Can you please explain how you came to this decision on a draft in progress? — CaptJayRuffins (talk) 15:01, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
- A copyvio is a copyvio in whatever namespace it is posted. Please also read this. Yours is a classic case of dumping text from elsewhere rather than writing a Wikipedia article. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:04, 12 March 2015 (UTC)

AfD cleanup
Hi. You recently deleted Kingdom Hall (disambiguation). Can you also close (or just delete) the AfD discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kingdom Hall (disambiguation)? I raised the AfD before considering that the page could just be speedy-deleted. Thanks. -- Jeffro77 (talk) 13:17, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
- Closing an AfD discussion does not require admin rights so you clean up after yourself. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:37, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
I wasn't sure if I should. WP:NACD says "In general, administrators are responsible for closing deletion discussions." I've never closed an AfD before, so if I've done it incorrectly... oh well.--Jeffro77 (talk) 23:09, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
Washington High School
The page titled Washington High School (East Chicago, Indiana) is not a hoax. The high school merged with E.C. Roosevelt to become E. C. Central in 1987. What would lead you to believe that it was a so-called 'blatant hoax' ??? My friends and I attended that school, as did ....
...and thousands of others that do not (yet) have a Wiki article about them. Please un-delete it. Sincerely, Jess (talk) 14:32, 14 March 2015 (UTC) ECW Class of 1980
- You could have added Ray Ragelis and Pete Trgovich to your list. So if it merged in 1987, why is its soccer team still playing as Washington in 2013? The words "East Chicago Cardinals" are visible in massive letters in Google's satellite view of their gridiron. To further the confusion, the E. C. Central article calls the previous schools Roosevelt Rough Riders and Washington Senators - though that is probably confusing the names of their sports teams with the official school names. I have been criticised before for giving wrong deletion reasons. In this case the real reason was: hopelessly stubby. Restored to User:Jguad1/sandbox. Probably worthy of its own article rather than creating as a redirect to the E. C. Central article. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:13, 14 March 2015 (UTC)
BGMEA
You have deleted a Wiki page titled BGMEA. The page contains an important organization which is a trade body that is related to the ready made garment industry of Bangladesh which is the second largest apparel exporting country in the world. Besides, the article contains no promotional stuff; rather it has some important information for those who are interested in the garment industry of Bangladesh and BGMEA. BGMEA is the member of the International Apparel Federation (IAF). I hope you understand the importance. So please restore the article. — Nirnasim (talk) 06:39, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- I hope you understand the importance that: a) Wikipedia articles should be written by people with no COI and b) must provide evidence of notability. The best I can offer is that you should follow this advice and find an established Wikipedian willing to write about your organisation. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:47, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
Dear RHaworth, thanks for your advice. However, you did not mention what is wrong (please suggest if any) with my writing the article on BGMEA. If my first article is accepted and published in Wikipedia, then I will be encouraged to contribute more to Wikipedia. I hope you would consider. — Nirnasim (talk) 05:57, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
- I have already told you that Wikipedia articles must provide evidence of notability and yours did not. "Let me have this one and I will become a good contributor" - I've never heard that argument before. But it cuts no ice with me - I just turn it on its head and say: establish a good record of edits with no hint of COI and about notable subjects - then I may consider approving your creation of BGMEA. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:56, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
Dear RHaworth, my article on BGMEA has both primary and secondary sources which are also reliable. Therefore, my article meets criteria of notability and so deserves to be restored. — Nirnasim (talk) 08:51, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
- Your article contained just one link - to your website. How long is it going to be before you realise that you are banging your head against a brick wall with me? You could make a request at deletion review but at the end of the day the result will be the same. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 00:35, 23 March 2015 (UTC)
Deleting HJMS
The article deleted was a request from the author himself of the website in the "copyright infringment" he himself preferred to have the same text in some paragraphs and I commented that "the ok was given unofficially and I will personally contact him for official approval" have him send a permission granting email (OTRS). What is frustrating are the hours of work with the formatting and markup going back and forth to the author himself for approval just to scrap all of it — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kanoog (talk • contribs) 14:48, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
- I deleted HJMS for lack of notability, though now you point it out there was copyvio also. But what a terrible admission of COI - the whole point of a Wikipedia article is that we do not need any approval from the subject of the article. Real editors take a pride in their independence. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:56, 15 March 2015 (UTC)
Deletion of PileInspect
The article is proposed to be deleted due to 'no evidence of notability'. To provide the evidence of notability, I added two sources relating to this article:
- "Description of Work of the PileInspect project - Integrity Testing of Deep Foundation Piles", Grant agreement no: 605676, FP7-SME-2013
- "Ensayos de integridad de pilotes en cimentaciones profundas (PILEINSPECT)", 13th National Conference on NDT (Spain) , Sevilla, 6-8 May 2015
The PileInspect system is now being developed and cited in publications from journals and conference proceedings in the field of Nondestructive technologies (NDT). One paper (full manuscript) was accepted last week and to be presented in 13th National Conference on NDT (Spain) which will take place in Sevilla in 6th to 8th May 2015. The paper is in Spanish: Ensayos de integridad de pilotes en cimentaciones profundas (PILEINSPECT). I added this reference in the page to be used as proof of notability. The other publications are in submission and review. The abstracts of two papers as below have been accepted and to be presented in NDT-CE 2015 (Sept 15-17, http://www.ndt-ce2015.net/) -in Berlin, Germany :
- “Old ideas to improve pile integrity testing revisited and optimized“
- “Defect Detection in Concrete Pile Using Impulse Response Measurements with Sine Sweep Excitations”
I will keep this page updated on any progress of the development of PileInspect system and publications relating to this topic. Please can you advise on what I can further provide and modify to improve the article? Thank you! Zhenghaitao (talk) 16:25, 16 March 2015 (UTC)

Deletion of Eliacom ESP page
Hi RHaworth, I am a little confused as to why you deleted the page Eliacom ESP (Enhanced SQL Portal) for advertising while I was discussing the issue with Trivialist. There was no advertising or effusive language on the page. It was purely informative. If you compare the page to phpMyAdmin, or heidiSQL (which are exactly the same type of topic) there is absolutely no difference. In fact, when fashioning the page, I used those as templates to guide me, as those are clearly acceptable. Therefore, it doesn't deserve deletion by merit of Unambiguous advertising or promotion, or else those pages should be deleted as well. If you can show me a difference between those pages and the ESP page, I will gladly remedy it.
If the argument is about notoriety, then that is a more complicated discussion. I was in the process of discussing this with Trivialist, when you deleted the page. I think that's somewhat bad form. Best. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pflammer (talk • contribs) 15:45, 19 March 2015 (UTC)

- I often recommend people to do that but it rarely happens. However the page still has "© 2013 J.W. Teets Enterprises, LLC, All Rights Reserved" at the bottom. More importantly, what is the point of doing it - the style is far too self-congratulatory. Kindly have the decency to wait until someone with no COI thinks the guy is notable and writes a Wikipedia article about him. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 20:35, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
Boston renegades'
Deleted page Boston renegades. Dear Mr. RHaworth, I am a first time contributor and appreciate for the heads up. I have revised my original article about Boston renagades adding secondary resource and would be happy if I could retry uploading the article. There is another sports team with the same name so I would also like to add an disambiguation page. I am sorry to trouble you but if you will give me an further advice for this article to be notable. Thank you very much in advance. Sincerely yours, Uiaa0222 (talk) 03:05, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
- Amateur sports clubs do not usually qualify and the number of links in this list confirms that for the NBBA. I recommend you to create a separate wiki for the clubs hosted either on the NBBA website or at Wikia. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:52, 21 March 2015 (UTC)
I apologize for the late reply but thank you very much for your suggestion, sir. There are several sports team with the same name in my city and wished to create pages to distinguish each. I will read the instructions and will try creating on Wikia first. Again, I appreciate your constructive feedback. Sincerely yours, Uiaa0222 (talk) 02:31, 26 March 2015 (UTC)

Host for hustings
Mr. Haworth, you deleted my page too, DCDanielCaldwell, and I am not sure whether my prompt response to it being tagged for speedy deletion was even read. I tried just using the content from http://ballotpedia.org/Daniel_Caldwell,_I which I did not put there, I cited my sources, and I do not know what else you would have needed me to do. Political officeholder challengers are rarely granted the same allowances as incumbents to get their name out there. Voting for the election starts April 27th and ends May 9th. You know the rules ALWAYS favor the establishment. Will you let me have at least a halfway fair shot? Page immediately deleted
I am trying, with the help of someone, to create a page for a company called Critical Systems Inc. I understand most company pages are deleted immediately but I would like to offer that this company is at the forefront of their technology and has been since 1998. They work with other noted companies in the semi-conductor industry. I tried to write the article without sounding promotional and only detailing how they fit into the industry. I used the following page of a company that they deal with in the same industry as a guideline: Air Products & Chemicals. They are currently in the process of writing a number of new articles concerning gas abatement technologies, which is very lacking on Wikipedia right now. They have added 2 new pages recently that have been accepted on Wikipedia, to fill holes in the technology. They are linked from those pages as well as at least one other. Could you please advise as to how i could get this important company's information listed on Wikipedia. And i apologize if i missed following protocol as this is all very strange to me. The page was at Critical Systems. Thanks you, Tyankee (talk) 20:53, 23 March 2015 (UTC)tyankee

A page you deleted has been recreated
On March 21st you deleted User:Bolero24/sandbox for misuse of Wikipedia as a webhost, today my bot detected that it was recreated. I looked at the article and it looks like it might be the a recreation of the deleted article, however, as a non-administrator I cannot see the deleted page so am notifying you. I have not marked it for deletion because it could just be an article under construction that doesn't yet indicate notability. PhantomTech (talk) 00:32, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
- Talk about can of worms! Bolero24 (talk · contribs) appears to be one of an whole clutch of socks who each create one sandbox article. There seems to be a bit of good faith about this so what I propose should be done is move each sandbox to draft: space and submit it. If you wanted to help … — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 15:01, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
I moved and submitted the one I linked to, don't know what usernames the others are under so I can't really help with those. PhantomTech (talk) 15:31, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
- @PhantomTech: very strange: you say "don't know what usernames the others are under" but somehow, using exactly the same information as is available to you, I find 22 names. It was the spooky similarity of the edit patterns that led me to think at first that it was sock puppetry. I can almost visualise them sitting there and the lecturer saying: "I want each of you to leave a message on the talk page of each of the people near to you - and laying it down in such detail as to say "put <p> on a line by itself before your signature". It was of course this walled garden of user talk messages that enabled me to identify the people. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 21:19, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
Sorry, I assumed you knew there were multiple uses because of something related to the deletion, I didn't even bother to check the talk page. I noticed you went through the trouble of pointing them to this message on their talk pages, would you still like me to move their sandboxes to AfC and submit them or would you prefer I just watch them for a bit? — PhantomTech (talk) 04:38, 27 March 2015 (UTC)
- Now that I have worked out what is going on, I will reverse my view: the sandbox pages must be left where they are - publishing them is an integral part of any student project and if they don't do it, they must suffer the consequences. (But now you have moved Bolero24's page it can stay where it is.) There is so far a resounding silence in response to my messages. Keep watching. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 13:47, 28 March 2015 (UTC)

Wish to create the page again. Please help
Hey!!! Niki here, This is about the article which you have deleted Draft:Neeraj Mehta. My write up was declined twice due to lack of citation. I got to know how to enter correct citation and I have good sources as well, However, I could not work on the write up as I was stuck up with deadlines. I want to create the page again and as per the notification I would need to discuss it with you first. I really require your advise and help on this. I have got good sources and the person I want to write about have good reputation and invented various exercise techniques. Really need your help. Please advise. — Niki518 (talk) 13:19, 24 March 2015 (UTC)

- Please do not assume that every Wikipedian thinks in acronyms. By SPI do you possibly mean SPI? What makes you think that 86.41.246.249 (talk) has been the subject of a formal SPI? Request to undelete my User page
Hi User:RHaworth - A few minutes ago you choose to delete my user page User:Drawab - citing (U5: Misuse of Wikipedia as a web host) - this page has been on wikipedia for quite sometime - it was more like a personal sandbox page - which I have been tweaking for quite many years, it may seem to have been a reaction to two pages I created Khurrum Sher Zaman and Samar Ali Khan - the moment I created those pages, they were marked for speedy deletion - I had no idea that Wikipedia was so stringent on such, I was trying to re-edit and may very well admit that it did not meet the criteria and ACCEPT the deletion of those two pages - which you personally deleted - unless I come up with a better text I admit it should remain deleted - but please kindly spare my user page - it is a work in progress, and if you see blatant marketing - allow me to fix it - i have no archive of the work that was done, it was all customized and it was not a main wiki page but only a USER page - would be grateful if it can be undeleted and will remove any violations -- Dr. Awab Alvi (talk) 21:45, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
- If you want to be considered a Wikipedian, you will learn to create wikilinks. I did hesitate momentarily before deleting your user page because you have made useful edits but it was a blatant case of a fake article. A user page must be: written in the first person, tell us a little about what you do in the real world and plenty about what you do on Wikipedia. If you create such a page it will probably stick. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:37, 25 March 2015 (UTC)
I'm sorry you deemed it as a fake article, and found it violating the Wikipedia code of conduct, but could a warning on that page helped? truncating it / deleting seems quite harsh, but that said, discipline is probably the reason why Wikipedia is a big success as is - would it be rude to ask if you could possibly email me the text of the page, as a courtesy, since I don't see it being recovered, I spent sometime building it up, worded it carefully, more so as a placeholder, I did not feel it should be on a mainspace so I chose to edit it on my own userspace, as it was about myself, lesson probably learnt, it should have been in Sandbox / drafts, I feel really sad to have it vanished in a heartbeat, if it violates Wikipedia, i'd humbly appreciate if you could respect the time I spent to modify the article and allowing me to keep it in my own archives? please - Dr. Awab Alvi (talk) 07:22, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
- Text emailed. No, it should not be in sandbox / drafts - it should be completely away from Wikipedia. Kindly have the humility to wait until someone with no COI thinks you are notable and writes about you here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:15, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
Thank you for the email - agreed it remains OFF from Wikipedia - cheers Dr. Awab Alvi (talk) 11:58, 27 March 2015 (UTC)
Mindport
Hi User:RHaworth I did not get a chance to recover material from the page Mindport nor did I get a chance to address issues by rewriting. In any case, please direct me to how to recover this work so I can continue working on it in a sandbox. Isn't this how Wikipedia is supposed to work, working on pages until they are ready to meet standards for publication? Also, I do not understand why talk pages are deleted. It seems like a convenient way to avoid genuine discussion of standards and issues, or other opinions, somewhat resembling Fahrenheit 451, or at minimum, not in the spirit of platonic dialogue. Newvisionpublisher (talk) 01:27, 26 March 2015 (UTC) Newvisionpublisher
- Just for once I am going to refuse to email you the content until you assure me that you will keep it a long way from Wikipedia. What horribly pretentious rubbish: you have invented what seems to be a new style of GUI - it is difficult to tell from your description - but for some reason you feel it necessary to bring Kant, Wittgenstein and even Hammurabi into your description. Kindly have the decency to wait until this design becomes widely used (obviously if you try and enforce your patent and ask for licence fees, then no-one is going to use it) when someone with no COI will write it up. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:15, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
Request to undelete EMMA for Peace
Dear RHaworth , Thank you for your contribution to Wikipedia Foundation. I request you to undelete & restore EMMA for Peace. This page has been deleted by you. Reason was copyright infringement of http://www.emmaforpeace.org/ . I edited & added some contents from their official page. It was modified version. I had no chance to remove or modify contents because there's no warning or Tagging. Suddenly page was deleted. If we had a chance we could modify the article based on wiki rules. You know , EMMA for Peace is Notable subject. Please do some modification or clean up. My humble request to you undelete EMMA for Peace and restore the page with appropriate contents. Thanks again! — Khocon (talk) 4:30, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
- I have some doubts about this: who are the "we" that you mention. I see that you have been warned about paid editing - should this page have a paid editing warning? But I have restored it. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:46, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
Thank you very much for restoring the article. For clarify "we" i meant we all Wikipedian or editors. Yes, i have been warned about paid editing. They thought some of my works were paid editing. Good luck. — Khocon (talk) 9:57, 26 March 2015 (GMT+6)
Text of deleted article on Hans-Jürgen Sasse
Hi RHaworth,
Can you please provide me the text of my article on Hans-Jürgen Sasse?
I do not know what the correct link for a deleted article is, but my best guess is <ref> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans-J%C3%BCrgen_Sasse. {{cite web}}
: Missing or empty |title=
(help)</ref>
I'd like to contest the speedy deletion (on the grounds that I am also the author of the text cited at http://www.ssila.org/2015/03/05/hans-jurgen-sasse-1943-2015/.) I'm an editor of the SSILA newsletter and wrote the obituary that is the basis for the Wikipedia article. Once I have the text, I can donate the material to Wikipedia.
Thanks,
George Aaron Broadwell,
G.broadwell (talk) 18:20, 26 March 2015 (UTC)
- Well at least you tried to provide a link which is more than most people writing here do. But unfortunately your link was multiply wrong: external link format not wikilink, in a cite web template which we don't use on talk pages or for wikilinks, in a <ref> which ditto and finally pointing to a page that has never existed! But is actually very simple: the page that told you that I had done the deletion is the page to which you should be linking.
- "Once I have the text, I can donate" it - strange logic. What is preventing you doing the donation first by getting a {{cc-by-sa-4.0}} tag placed on your obit at ssila.org? In fact I have already restored your text. I have decided to leave it as an exercise to the student to find it. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:35, 26 March 2015 (UTC)

- When someone posts a flagrant self-promotional page with a picture, I usually do not bother to do anything about the picture/s even if they are uploaded here. A notable exception is Paul T T Easter who really annoys me.
